Make Old Jewelry Like New By Using Nail Polish

     Tools you will use are: New white nail polish as a base coat, new nail polish of your choice, new clear nail polish as a top coat, fine grid sand paper, old jewelry (metal earrings & metal bracelets) & pliers. First, take the fine grid sand paper and sand down the old metal jewelry taking off the old color. After it has been sanded dust off loose sand from jewelry. Then, apply 1 coat of white nail polish as your base. Use long strokes. Paint in one direction so not to have a lot of streaks. Allow to dry. Do reverse side using the same instructions. Allow to dry. Then, paint on the color of your choice on both sides. Allow to dry. Finally, when that is dry apply the clear nail polish. Allow to dry & use pliers to put jewelry back together. Note: Polish has to be new for applying to get better results.
